Board is not responding to the remote.
Make sure both the remote and board are fully charged.
Board is stuck with blue light flashing.
The board is waiting for the remote to be turned on. Press the down button on the remote for 1 second to turn on.
The board is not charging.
Ensure small green light is on the charger brick, and the power cable is firmly in place.
Double check there is no water or debris on the magnetic charge port.
Normal Charging behavior.
- flashing blue - waiting to be turned on
- flashing RED - low power
- flashing yellow - mid power
- flashing green- high power
- solid green - full power
The board will not wake up.
Try spinning the wheels. You may need to put the board on the ground and kick push it a little.
If this does not work, connect to the dot hub tool application, using the provided dot usb data cable. This is downloadable from the dot Website for free.
If you are not near a computer, plug in the micro usb cable to any power source, The led charge port will light up and your board will reset.
Board will not wake up and no power or cable is available.
Remove all battery packs with the provided hex key from under the front truck. Allow two minutes for all power to dissipate from the master controller. Re-attached battery packs.
The Board and remote are on, but not connecting.
Ensure the remote is activated by pressing any button and the dot board wheels are rolling.
it is the rolling of the motor that activates the board communication to the activated or “searching” remote.
If the above fails re-pair the remote.
On the remote scroll down to “options” right arrow to select
Scroll down to “pair remote” and press right to select
Now spin the rear motor wheel 3 times quickly, with a short stop in between each spin.
If this does not work, try again but spin the wheels quickly.
